Current Initiatives:

  • The Morehead Pride Scholarship is awarded to LGBTQ students and student groups making a difference in their community.
  • Aids Memorial Quilt Exhibit – Oct. 2 to 8 in the Athena Room, Camdem-Carroll Library during regular business hours.
  • Diversity and Inclusion Forum – Oct. 6 in the Athena Room, Camdem-Carroll Library  |  Featuring guest speakers Ryan Sallans, Mark Johnson and Jon Parker
  • The 2017 Morehead Pride Festival – Oct. 7, East First Street from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m  |  Live music, drag shows, vendors, food and activities.
  • Morehead Pride After Party at Club 169 on Oct. 7, 8 p.m. to midnight and a Pride Youth Afterparty on Oct. 7 from 8-10 p.m.
